unlock code does not work

Am trying to install intel fortran on mac (os x). Internet path for registration does not work. Am now trying manual technique. Successfully downloaded unlock code, but now get error when code is entered into registration software. What now please.

Thanks for the new email, but it is the same as one i already have. As i already have a license file, is it possible to do this just by putting the license file in the right place? where should it go? Thanks, Stewart

Ifind the serial number ending in "5SW" was registered on 10/2/09.

I have resent the license file for this SN to your email.

Copy the license file sent to you to the c:Program FilesCommon FilesIntelLicenses folder

When installing, please try the option to provide the license file instead of the serial number.

Thanks Chuck. Looks like we are on the right path. However, it looks to me like the folder description you provided for the license file is for a PC. I have a Mac. Can you tell me where to put the license in this case. Thanks

It's possible the write permissions could have been the problem all along.
