why I cannot find mkl_scalapack_core.lib in parallel studio xe 2019 mkl library?

I'v downloaded parallel studio XE 2019 for a fortran project, and I met a fatal error: "fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "mkl_scalapack_core.lib"". Then I checked the mkl library folder in my local file but "mkl_scalapack_core.lib" does not exist, may someone tell me where can I get that .lib file? thanks in advance.
