Hi Intel,

I'm having an issue with my laptop, HP EliteBook 830 G9, Wifi 6Ghz connectivity issue. The device doesn't connect wi-fi 6 Ghz anymore with my device. The laptop has Intel (R) AX211NGW WLAN Card.(please see attched image for your reference). We have updated driver and BIOS as well but the issue didn't solve. The Driver version 24.10.0 (from intel website).

We also downloaded lower version from HP website but the result was zero. We have checked the SSID with combine 2.4, 5 and 6Ghz; also tried with 5Ghz and 6 Ghz combined, only 6Ghz seperate but no progrees. While the SSID with only 6Ghz the SSD remain invisible.

We tried to change the setting from Advance option from the WLAN card setting like Ax/ac/bg but no progress over there.

Please be noted that the Goverment of BD has declared the channel 5925 to 6425 for GHz. Also be noted that same SSID is conneced with MAC with 6GHz wifi.

Please provide me a solution on this matter.

Thanks
Azaan.
