Chipset Software 10.1.1.45

Intel Chipset Device Software ver. 10.1.1.45.exe app on my Lenovo Yoga 730-151KB laptop type 81CU made in 2018 has high security level risk according to my Nord VPN. Couldn't find an update and don't know if actually needed or not. I run on Windows 11 home version 23H2. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’d be a little cautious about relying on a third-party security warning alone for chipset software. It would be worth checking the exact driver version against the laptop manufacturer’s support page and Intel’s official information before removing or replacing anything. If the system is otherwise working normally, I’d avoid making changes until the source of the warning is clear.
