If that is the driver you already have, then the problem is elsewhere.
Check you driver version in the device manager.
Also, check the game manufacturer for their requirements.

Do you not have ARC? what does the device manager say?
ALso, here is the latest driver for ARC:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-graphics-windows.html
So we can end the confusion, does your game require ARC. This is where checking the requirements by the game manufacturer is important.
So the Intel customer support technicians can have more information about your system, download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Ok, this should be simple. What are the hardware requirements for your game? Forget performance, just check with the game manufacturer for what hardware that is required. I suspect the game needs amd or nvidia graphics. It is up to you to make sure you have what the game needs.
