Edk2, intel skylake, pci resourse limitations

Hello!

I have server with 2 intel skylake processors and 2 pci video cards on the motherboard. But I have a problem in upstream edk2 Uefi: out of adjustable mmioh resources for socket 0 stack1. Can't adjust across sockets. ERROR Depopulate pcie device to continue booting. ASSERT_EFI_ERROR (Status = Out if Resources) ASSERT (PciHostBridge)

How can I know and change pci limit? May be some have such a problem and I can get a patch?
