Event ' umask = 0x01' is not supported

Hi All, 
I have a problem after run my program.

 I get this error Event 'Umask = 0x01 ' is not supported. See the list of Supported events.

I use this event for getting L1 HITS Cache and I use Intel Hasswel core i7 4790.
