How can I calculate the energy consumption of a logical processor

Hello,

I would like to know if someone can help me to calculate the energy consumption for a logic processor over a given measurement period ?

PS: RAPL interfaces provides the energy consumption for PP0 (cores devices), but I am interested to get the energy consumption for a specific logical processor.
