Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. Intel speed optimizer 2.0 failed.

Just got a new pc Intel I7-13700KF, Motherboard Pro B760-P WIFI and the Intel XTU speed optimizer 2.0 is not working.

Its giving me this error, "Intel speed optimizer 2.0 failed. please use advanced tuning tab to achieve max performance manually" and when i go to advanced tuning some of the things are greyed out.

I updated the BIOS, Windows and the XTU but still its the same. Can I get some help on this please!

i got same problem but on 13600k, did you solved this issue and have any tips?
