Intel Extreme Tunning Utility driver not running

Since update Intel Extreme Utility 7.8.0.21 the utility isn't running.

Message: The driver is not running.

I have reinstalling it with PC reboot.

Last versions are OK.

CPU: i7- 117000K (Windows 10/64)

- What can I do? I use it for gaming.

- Where are the driver and what is the name? How can I restart it?
