As the title, suggests, nearly all of the settings are missing from each tabs, there used to be all the available settings just fine, i wanted to adjust the saturity and the brightness to make everything more vibrant, when i came back after doing that i found that all the settings were missing and i couldn't do anything, i tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, also restarting the pc, every basic thing to do, but it wouldn't fix, and things got even worse, i tried changing the vsync option to smooth option, then after a while the same thing happened, i attached screenshots to it, i would very much appreciate help as i couldn't find any answers anywhere else
