Intel Performance Counter Monitor (Intel PCM) 2.8 released

The Intel PCM team is proud to announce that the web page of Intel Performance Counter Monitor v2.8 has been released. It includes the following changes:

  • Support Intel® Cache Monitoring Technology (Intel® CMT) implementing last level cache occupancy/usage metric per logical core (visible in the PCM tool)
  • Added support for Intel® Core™ M processors
  • Support of memory and I/O bandwidth metrics on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation Intel® Core™ processors and Intel® Core™ M processors using integrated memory controller counters  (+Windows)
  • Fixed energy metrics for Intel® Xeon® E5 v3 processors
  • Bug fixes
