Intel Speed Shift on Broadwell

Hi, 

is the new power feature "Intel Speed Shift" implemented in Broadwell-EP processors, such as Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2660 v4? I read some reports said up skylade, however an Intel technical report said already in Broadwell.

The cpuid Tool says no HWP for Broadwell.
