Remote Action Request for faster TLB Shootdown

A while ago, Intel posted this Remote Action Request whitepaper, with a new TLB shootdown mechanism: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/technical/sdm-experimental-features-feedback-forum.html

Does anyone use it? Are there Linux or *BSD patches for it anywhere?

I thought Clear Linux might, but I'm not seeing any: https://github.com/clearlinux-pkgs/linux
