Source path for intel axxia kernel on x86_64 arch

Hi
we are exploring the task isolation in generic Linux kernel(5.x) on x86_64 platform.
Learnt that intel-axxia achieved it, with some of the inputs from below link.

1) Can we get the kernel source link?

2) can we build that feature rich kernel and install for generic Ubuntu distros?

3) Where can we get more information's regarding this
