When take a print screen and show it on my first screen, the screen shot is perfect.
I uninstalled and installed my driver from device manager and that didn't solved my issue. Any tip for me?

Bad cable to second screen. Reseat cable, or try a different cable.
Link to latest driver is:

Well, the only thing I can tell you is that you have no support for this as your hardware is too old.
Maybe, a dedicated graphics card can help you. But the real answer is to upgrade to newer hardware.

It may be a monitor or cable issue, not the graphics card since the screenshot looks normal. Try checking the cable, changing the display settings or reinstalling the latest Intel HD 5500 driver from Dell’s support site.
