Test Software : NIST Scimark4
gcc-11 reach a Score from 2018
oneAPI icx / dpcpp 2022.1 reach 1908
icx options = -Ofast -m64 -march=sandybridge -mtune=sandybridge
gcc-11 = same options
why is the intel compiler so slow ?
