Need JHL9580 collaterals and IC samples for endpoint device developement

Hi, we are trying to develop an endpoint device that has USB4 UFP and PCIe Gen4x4 DFP, JHL9580 is a suitable choice for this device, but it's hard for me to find the collaterals from RDC, and we want to know whom I should contact in order to get IC samples.
