AC9260 - DRTU Tool

Dear Intel

We are trying to get the Diagnostic And Regulatory Testing Tool for the Intel AC9260 wireless card to perform the WiFi compliance testing in a new developed device.

So far your colleagues didn't help us out and only referred to an emc testing lab, which also couldn't provide the DRTU tool and only offered to perform antenna filing which doesn't work for certain countries.

We already got to the point where we don't even care anymore on what OS the DRTU would be running, as long as we can get it and work with it.
