AX210 netwlw14 error randomly after install

I just installed an AX210 (non v-Pro) into my ASUS Zephyrus G14 2023 a few days ago. Yesterday, I started experiencing connection issues out of nowhere. I rebooted my router and I was able to use the internet until around 10 seconds later, my connection would drop and Windows would say that I was connected to my router but there was no internet connection. I continued to do this for about half an hour and nothing changed.
Today, I have narrowed the issue down to the AX210 card I installed. I found if you changed the 802.11a/b/g Wireless Mode setting to any 2.4GHz option, I could get an internet connection. I also found if the 802.11n/ac/ax Wireless Mode option was set to 802.11n, I could also get an internet connection. However, if I had any option that was 5Ghz or 802.11ac/ax WITHOUT an 802.11a/b/g/n mode or 2.4GHz mode to fall back on, the network card would start throwing out errors and not be able to transmit anything.

I have updated my network driver to the latest version, downgraded then upgraded the drivers, uninstalled the device and removed the drivers and reinstalled the newest ones, and most anything else I can think of, and nothing has helped. I have attached the SSU file below for troubleshooting.

I have no idea why the card is starting to do this out of nowhere and if I can't get this issue to be fixed, I'll just return the card and reinstall the old one back in.

Hello crazymarshmello,

Thank you for posting in the community!

I have a few questions to further investigate this issue. Please provide the following information:

1. What was the original and preinstalled wireless card model in this computer? You mentioned that you will reinstall the old wireless card.

2. Have you tried contacting ASUS? This might be a compatibility and regulatory issue, which could explain why the AX210 is not performing properly.

For reference, you can check our Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade.

Hello crazymarshmello,

I have not heard back from you so I will close this inquiry now. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

For additional troubleshooting, please refer to our article on Recommended Settings for 802.11ax Connectivity. You can also download the latest generic driver version 23.100.0.
