In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. What is the brand and model name of your processor?
2. What is the brand and model name of your wireless adapter?
3. Is this the original wireless adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?
4. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
5. Is this issue recent?
6. Do you get any errors when the units crash? Or, do you see any error in the device manager?
7. Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
