Asus Zenbok, intel(r) dual band wireless ac 8265 not working, no internet

I have an Asus Zenbook UM425QA-XS99. The internet icon suddenly disappeared and I'm not connected to the internet. The intel(r) dual band wireless ac 8265 seems to me not working. Uninstalling it is not helping, it comes back with the same warning sign & not working. It cannot find updates for it.

This happened a few months ago, but uninstalling the intel(r) dual band helped. This time, it is not doing anything, it's keep coming back with the same not working triangle warning and no internet.

The laptop obviously can't connect to the internet (no eternet) or install anything. I do have an other laptop if that helps with installing anything.

I think my windows is up to date but since I don't have internet, it cannot confirm it.
