Sometimes, Bluetooth devices like your Apple AirPod Max might not show battery percentage due to compatibility issues between the device and the operating system. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
Update your Bluetooth drivers: Go to Device Manager, find your Bluetooth driver, right-click and select 'Update driver'. Choose the option to search automatically for updated driver software.
Check Bluetooth Support Service: Ensure that the Bluetooth Support Service is running properly. You can do this by typing 'services.msc' in the Start menu, finding 'Bluetooth Support Service', and making sure it’s set to start automatically and is running.
Reset the Bluetooth Device: Disconnect the AirPod Max and forget the device in your Bluetooth settings. Then reconnect it, which can sometimes refresh the connection and display the battery level.
If these steps don't work, it might be a limitation of the current system setup or a need for a firmware update on your Bluetooth device.
