I have the lastest drivers installed, no luck
I'm on Windows 11 build 25H2 but still no LE audio option in Windows. There should be an additional toggle under Bluetooth devices that said "Use LE audio when available" but it is not there. Microsoft also say it's an Intel issue as they have support for LE audio in Windows 11 now when paired with supported hardware.
I can get the toggle mentioned above to appear if I install the intel smart sound driver for an arbitrary device but expectedly doesnt help as the audio does not play.
I have checked everything and there is nothing hardware wise that would be incompatible with LE audio in my pc.
Will provide more infomation if needed
Cheers

Same here, I am a Windows Insider user with Windows 11 25H2 build 26220.7271 (so I certainly have my Windows up to date) and also have my Intel card up to date at version 23.170.0.
Just like you, I don't see the toggle about Bluetooth LE in the settings.

Hi riley3,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. I appreciate your message and want to assure you that I’m here to help with your concern. To better understand the issue and provide accurate support, could you please share the following details:
- Which Bluetooth devices are you trying to connect?
- Did you install the drivers from Intel’s website, through Windows Update, or by using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant?
- Is this a clean installation of Windows or an upgrade from Windows 10?
- Do you see any error messages in Device Manager under Bluetooth or Audio devices?
- Have you tried uninstalling all Bluetooth drivers completely and letting Windows reinstall them?
- Does standard Bluetooth audio work properly with the same devices?
Additionally, to help us understand your system configuration and troubleshoot effectively, we kindly ask you to share the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) logs from your device. These logs provide important details about your hardware and software environment.
Please follow these steps:
- Download and run the Intel® SSU application.
- The tool will generate a text file with your system information.
- Refer to this guide for detailed instructions: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
- Once completed, attach the generated file to your response.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Hi erickft, please create a separate post for your concern so that we can give you the exact support you need
Best regards,
