I have the lastest drivers installed, no luck
I'm on Windows 11 build 25H2 but still no LE audio option in Windows. There should be an additional toggle under Bluetooth devices that said "Use LE audio when available" but it is not there. Microsoft also say it's an Intel issue as they have support for LE audio in Windows 11 now when paired with supported hardware.
I can get the toggle mentioned above to appear if I install the intel smart sound driver for an arbitrary device but expectedly doesnt help as the audio does not play.
I have checked everything and there is nothing hardware wise that would be incompatible with LE audio in my pc.
Will provide more infomation if needed
Cheers

Same here, I am a Windows Insider user with Windows 11 25H2 build 26220.7271 (so I certainly have my Windows up to date) and also have my Intel card up to date at version 23.170.0.
Just like you, I don't see the toggle about Bluetooth LE in the settings.

Hi riley3,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. I appreciate your message and want to assure you that I’m here to help with your concern. To better understand the issue and provide accurate support, could you please share the following details:
- Which Bluetooth devices are you trying to connect?
- Did you install the drivers from Intel’s website, through Windows Update, or by using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant?
- Is this a clean installation of Windows or an upgrade from Windows 10?
- Do you see any error messages in Device Manager under Bluetooth or Audio devices?
- Have you tried uninstalling all Bluetooth drivers completely and letting Windows reinstall them?
- Does standard Bluetooth audio work properly with the same devices?
Additionally, to help us understand your system configuration and troubleshoot effectively, we kindly ask you to share the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) logs from your device. These logs provide important details about your hardware and software environment.
Please follow these steps:
- Download and run the Intel® SSU application.
- The tool will generate a text file with your system information.
- Refer to this guide for detailed instructions: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
- Once completed, attach the generated file to your response.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Hi erickft, please create a separate post for your concern so that we can give you the exact support you need
Best regards,

Hi riley3,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for waiting. Please be advised that Intel® Wireless and Bluetooth® Adapters support the most available codecs. However, the operating system (OS) uses those codecs natively on respective peripherals, not the adapter. Therefore, if there is an issue or having more inquiries about "codec support" we recommend contacting Microsoft Technical Support.

Kent,
Was this issue ever resolved. I have the same issue as the original post. All Intel drivers are up to date on my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 running Windows version 25h2. There is no option to select "Use Bluetooth LE Audio when available." Therefore, I am unable to connect my hearing aids to my Surface Pro. Please advise. Thank you.

I am facing the s
Adding another data point since I've dug into this pretty deeply and think it's clearly an Intel driver issue, not a Microsoft/codec issue as suggested above.
Hardware: HP Victus 15-fa1276TX, Intel Core i7-13620H (Raptor Lake), Intel AX211, Windows 11 25H2 (build 26200.8875)
What I found:
- The toggle only appears when a "Intel Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth LE Audio" device exists in Device Manager — it's not tied to whether the device actually works, just whether it's present. This matches what others here have found (manually adding the device via legacy hardware makes the toggle appear but doesn't make audio work).
- With the LE Audio device present, it consistently fails with Code 10, alternating between status 0xC000000D (STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER) and 0xC0000001 (STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL) depending on driver state, on both the Capture and Render child device instances.
- I checked the radio's own LE Local Supported Features bitmask via Device Manager (Bluetooth radio > Properties > Advanced), and bits 28/29 (Connected Isochronous Stream - Master/Slave) are both supported at the hardware level. So the AX211 radio itself is capable — the failure is happening in the driver layer above it (IntcBtLE.sys / the newer IntcSBtLe.inf/ACX-based driver).
- I tried multiple driver versions: the original 10.29.0.11516 (Oct 2024), a newer 10.29.0.12635 (Feb 2026, correct generation family per Microsoft's own Teams Native Bluetooth Peripherals compatibility doc, which lists 10.29.00.11261+ for 12th/13th Gen), and even the newer 20.43.12784.6 "ACX Streaming" build (May 2026) meant for Core Ultra platforms. All fail the same way on Code 10.
- Tested with a confirmed LE Audio device (Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro, LC3/LE Audio capable) — same result.
This looks like a genuine gap in Intel's LE Audio driver initialization on Raptor Lake platforms specifically, not a Microsoft/OS-level codec support issue, since the hardware capability is confirmed present and multiple driver generations all fail at the same initialization stage. Happy to provide SSU logs/Event Viewer exports if that helps move this forward.
