Hi @JedG_Intel , @JeanetteC_Intel

As this topic is already closed Bluetooth Mic Broken on 24.20.0.3 for AX211 - Intel Community

Is this already tracked as an issue with this driver, or do we need to take some actions to file it?

Me and other folks at Intel, have run into mic issue with this driver Intel Wireless Bluetooth 24.20.0.3, which we could resolve by :

- rolling back to 24.10.0.4 (11/10/2025)

- sometimes rolling back further to 23.170.0.3

The issue details:

Despite the bluetooth device seems to be connected correctly as Headset with Microphone.

MS Teams, or Sound Recorded would not capture any sound, sometimes odd random cracking noises. Teams will report "your mic is not working", Sound Recorder randomly crashes.

PS. More general issue is also tracked at microsoft: All bluetooth headset mic is not working with Window 11 - Microsoft Q&A
