Hello
My wifi suddendly stopped working today, no specific update happened beforehand. I can not see any network (airplane mode being off obviously). The network adapter Intel AC 9560 shows an error 43.
I did the steps described here https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/wireless.html with the reinstallation of the driver, not to success.
I'm running on windows 10, 64b.
Could someone give me some tips how to solve this ?
Thanks in advance
Sophie

Update : fixed after a cold boot of the system (and the previous steps)! Maybe worth to integrate this part in the description.

Hello @Sophie3636
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
We are glad to know that you managed to solve the issue and thank you for your feedback.
In regards to the suggestion of integrating the step "cold boot of the system", it is worth mentioning that we have a public article available and specific to Error code 43 (and others) in Device Manager. The article includes some steps and a "Cold reboot of the system after reinstalling the driver" is one of those steps:
We appreciate your comments, and since the issue has been fixed, we will proceed to close the thread now. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
