Driver Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 1000 compatibility issue

I am using Dell laptop Inspiron 15 N5010, windows 10 with Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 1000. Earlier my WiFi was working, but now wireless adapter is not detecting available wireless connection/signal. Could anyone help for this problem?

First, Thanks for all your help! I had rebooted several times before installing the Intel pkg which should, correct me if I’m wrong, install the Microsoft driver. I think I’ll get a USB dongle to handle WiFi needs.
