Driver problem

After a recent microsoft update i no longer had access to sound or my microphone on my laptop and in device manager i got notified that my computer was unable to find drivers for "Digital microphone service" which is a new problem i haven't been met with yet. On the side of the sound problem i noticed that uninstalling intel smart sound technology for OED actually brought my sound back. I have no idea what to do now, i tried reinstalling my realtek audio drivers but id didnt do anything but give me false hope and i am completely lost, my pc was working fine before the windows update.  All of the drivers are hidden and are labeled as unable to connect to my device.

Realtek audio drivers belong to Realtek, not Intel.

You should contact Realtek and/or Microsoft regarding this issue.

Yeah in the end it was a problem with Audio enhancement, the windows update enabled it and it was obsolete with my build.
