Error when trying to updateWiMAX software

I keep getting the following error why trying to update this soft ware. I keep getting a message that this is a critical update, but am also not able to run the update:

Error 1924. Service Intel PRO Set/Wireless WiMAX

Red Bend Device Management Service (DMAgent)

Could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient

Privileges to stop system services.

Help Please!
