Given how unstable the combination of drivers/BIOS firmware is, why isn't there more documentation on these error event IDs in Event Viewer?

For my BE201 this has made my new laptop unusable.

Support has been a joke - getting the runaround between the OEM, retailer, and Intel.  There is some issue in power management most likely and it's impossible to diagnose without more detail on these event IDs.

Can someone point me to documentation please?
