Hello Naxil,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.

  1. What is the brand and model of your system?
  2. Was it working fine before?
  3. If yes, what was the last change made in the system?
  4. Did you manually install the AX210 on this system as an upgrade or is it embedded in the system?
  5. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Best regards,

Hello Naxil,

Thank you for the update.

Based on the link, you are using AX201 but it is an OEM and the brand is Ziyituod.

Also, let me share this link: Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or...

As per the link, if you are installing a wireless card, you need to contact first the manufacturer of the system or the motherboard to check for compatibility and integration.

Let me check, have you tried contacting the manufacturer of the system/motherboard for compatibility checking and configuration?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hello Naxil,

I hope you are having a good day.

I am sending another follow up and hoping that you are now talking to the OEM manufacturer.

Since we have not heard back from you, I need to close this inquiry.

If you need further assistance, please post a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Thank you and have a great day.

"I wish to communicate to Intel that the AX210 firmware file for Linux is prepared by them, and this is the source of the 5GHz hotspot limitation." I don't understand why on Windows you provide the possibility out of the box for the 5GHz hotspot and on Linux no, in my country Italy it is not limited
