I have an HP Envy (1KT13UA#ABA) it has a Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 adapter. I would like to upgrade the adapter to get WPA3 support. What other adapter can be used for this?

There are two versions of the 7265, the 7265HMW and the 7265NGW. Intel does not build any adapters with WPA3 support that can replace the 7265HMW. If you have the 7265NGW, then you can purchase either the AX200 (which provides WiFi6, Wireless-AX and Bluetooth 5.1 support) or the AX210 (which provides WiFi6e, Wireless-AX and Bluetooth 5.2 support) card.

If you have the 7265HMW, all is not lost. A third-party builds a card that utilizes the AX200 module. I have one of these and it works great! Here is a link to where I purchased this card: https://www.newegg.com/derapid-mpe-ax3000h-mini-pci-express/p/0XM-02WM-00014. Another user mentioned purchasing this card on Alibaba as well.

Hope this helps,
