How to extract installer from PROSet 18.21.0.s64.exe?

I'd like to run a silent install of the latest PROSet but there doesn't seem to be a way to extract the files so I can follow Intel's instructions: "Beginning with Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software version 15.6.0 there is a silent install process using setup.xml" (http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking/000005730.html Silent Installation of Wireless Components for Network and I/O). I can find no documentation on command line switches for the xx.xx.x.s64.exe installers.
