Let me guess: you just upgraded Windows to 1803 or to 1809? There are recorded issues with Wireless drivers getting screwed up during these upgrades.
Regardless, here is something to try:
- Download the latest Wireless and Bluetooth installation packages from Intel's Download center (https://downloadcenter.intel.com) and save on your system drive. Do not try installing at this point.
- Completely disconnect system from internet.
- Completely uninstall both the Wireless and Bluetooth packages that are installed.
- Reboot.
- Install the Bluetooth package.
- Install the Wireless package.
- Reboot, reconnect internet and test.
Hope this helps,
