INTEL Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz is not working and not appearing after reinstallation

Hello,

The issue started about a week ago when my laptop (at the time Win 10, Lenovo Legion 7 16ITHg6) stopped displaying any Wi-Fi options. Upon looking closely at the device manager, the INTEL Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz driver was displaying error 10. After running through the standard troubleshooting, I started the clean installation of the wireless driver here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/wireless.html

However, the issue I am running into now is that no matter which method I try to use to install the driver, it does not appear in the device manager under the "wireless adapters" and does not install.

Because I had no way of connecting to the internet even before I deleted the driver from the device, I have been using a flash drive. However, the problem I run into is that the Intel Wireless Proset installer seems to finish the download successfully but it does not seem to appear in any applications. I tried to download the driver-only IT administrator package too, and while my laptop still displayed that it successfully installed three drivers from the package, I am still not seeing the driver in the device manager return or function. I also tried to download the Lenovo wlan driver from here:

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/legion-series/legion-7-16ithg6/82k6/82k6006ark/pf32nbck/downloads/ds559136-wlan-driver-intel-realtek-for-windows-11-64-bit-legion-7?category=Networking%3A%20Wireless%20LAN

Which yielded the same results.
