This is a small guide, which might provide a workaround for an installation bug in Windows 10.
After a clean installation of Windows 10 Home (64-bit) with the latest vendor drivers from ASUS,
I wasn't able to activate nor use the Bluetooth device: It was displayed with a yellow exclamation
mark in Windows' device manger ... The error was a "POWER_FAILURE (Error Code: 10)".
Intel suggests to install the Bluetooth drivers before the Wireless LAN drivers - the chip
Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 provides both services simultaneously:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking/000005668.html How to Install Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth®...
Unfortunately, this does not work as intended with ASUS driver files for Windows 10.
Instead, I try to install the Windows 8.1 driver files for Wireless Bluetooth first:

The Bluetooth device will now be displayed in the device manager without errors.
Then, you can install the Vendors' drivers for Windows 10 to update the drivers
to the latest version.
Afterwards, install the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html Intel® Driver Update Utility to install the remaining Wifi drivers, and software.
