I recently swapped out my wireless card for an Intel Centrino 1030 so I can use bluetooth without a dongle. I've downloaded both the wifi driver and the bluetooth software. The wifi was found, and was installed correcly, but the bluetooth could not be found under device manager even after I installed the latest bluetooth software/drive. I've also booted into Ubuntu, and it found the wireless card, but is still reporting no bluetooth radio.
