Have been experiencing connection issues for a long time with my access points with two different computers with Intel 9560 wireless cards.
The only way I can get them to work properly is to force them to 802.11n or force the channel width to 20MHz which essentially does the same.
It starts by having packet loss intermittently and then eventually disconnects. In windows event viewer I see the following events :
- Event Id: 5005 - Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.
- Event Id: 5002 - Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.
- Event Id: 7021 - The network interface "Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason: The network driver requested that it be reset. This network interface has reset 1 time(s) since it was last initialized.
I am on the latest Intel WiFi drivers (23.100.0.4) running on the latest version of windows 11 24H2
None of my other devices experience this issue including another laptop that has the newer AX210 card in it.

After some more research the problems only seem to occur if I set the channel width on my network to 160MHz. If I set to 80MHz or below, then it will be stable
