2.4Ghz only 65Mbps - is that normal?

5.0Ghz 433Mbps - full speed

Based on the information that you provided please follow the next information: 

• Based on this product Intel® Wireless-AC 9461, the specifications are bands with 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and with a max Speed of 433 Mbps. https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/125193/intel-wireless-ac-9461.html
• In case you have issues with the speed I recommend you to check with the ISP for more information.
• Verify if the same issue happens with other devices.
• If you have other devices connected, try to disconnect them, and test connections to see if the issue persists.
• Check you have all drivers and updates up to date.
• Also, you can check with the Original Equipment Manufacturer for a hardware related issue.
• If it is a new integration, check with your manufacturer for more compatibility information.
