Like what many others said, the best solution is to use Windows 8 supplied drivers (14.8.8.75) instead of the ones from Intel. To do this, go to device manager and uninstall the WiFi drivers. Make sure to select "delete the driver software for this device." Restart your computer and Windows 8 should provide its included drivers for the WiFi. The Windows 8 drivers (14.8.8.75) removes all of the problems with WiFi dropping out and BSODs when connected to Nexus 4 Android hotspot.

The problem is it windows 8 with or without intel drivers can't work with this wireless controller. Whether they have or do not have installed the intel drivers, in device manager the Network Controller is writen as an unknown device and windows can't find drivers for that. What i can do??

Check your BIOS and make sure that WLAN is enabled. If WLAN is enabled in the BIOS, you probably have a defective 6235.

Well the only way is to get another 6235 and see if the driver responds to the WiFi adapter. If another 6235 fails to work then it's not compatible. A good alternative is Qualcomm Killer Wireless-N 1202 dual band adapter which is standard in Alienware gaming laptops.

You have to purchase it first and if it's not compatible then return it before the 14 day or 30 day return policy window expires.
Qualcomm Killer has dual band 2 x 2 and 300Mbps speed and bluetooth 4.0. See this link: http://www.theverge.com/2012/4/19/2959403/killer-wireless-n-1202-bluetooth-4 Killer Wireless-N 1202 adds Bluetooth 4.0, saving room in a gaming laptop for something else | The Verge
