Hello meteorlake,
Thank you for posting in the Intel Community and sharing the details about the discrepancy you are experiencing with the Intel Connectivity Performance Suite (ICPS) version 50.26.401.224 on your Samsung Book 5 Pro laptop with Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE201.
Regarding your concern, please be advised that the Intel Connectivity Performance Suite and Intel Connectivity Manager (ICM), a subset of the ICPS software, can only be installed on select Intel platforms that have been licensed to utilize it, wherein licensed Intel platforms come with software that is either pre-installed software (out-of-the-box), a driver that is listed as supported software on the manufacturer's product support website for the device.
System manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with the system.
To help you further, kindly check this article: How to Uninstall or Roll Back to an Older Version of Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite Software, to address the issue. However, if the issue persists after completing the steps from the article, I would like to know the following:
- Per checking, you are using the latest ICPS version. May I know what was the exact wireless driver and Intel Connectivity Performance Suite version previously installed?
- Are you encountering the issue before the update?
- Aside from having issues with the software, are you encountering any performance issues with the connectivity of your device?
- Were there any recent changes made to the system, such as hardware or software before the issue occurred?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried to isolate the issue?
- May I know how you tried to update/install the wireless driver/ICPS? Is it through an application or a manual update?
- Is the system primarily used for personal or home use, or is it part of a corporate or managed IT environment?
Additionally, I have sent a message to your active email address to gather additional details for further review. Please check your Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder.
Best regards,
Nathaniel N.

hope this helps
I believe for network health there is a "random" use case in which sometimes the WiFi appear, and sometimes No.
