I installed the DSA to find out my Intel drivers on my Dell laptop, yet after installation my Edge browser opens up with a page that says in big red print "Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan." So how do exactly use this software if it doesn't work?
The error message is not at all informative. Anything could be wrong. So I don't even know where to begin.

clear your browser cache.
If that does not work, run this: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29376/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller?v=t
then reboot, and install this: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
If that does not work, then what version of windows 10 are you using? 1909?
Also, why are you not using Dell's support tool?
