What is the type of antenna connector on the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265NGW M.2 ? Is it MHF4?

The Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 uses antennas defined by current international standards. As you mentioned, the antenna connector type is MHF4.

If you are planning to upgrade your system with the 8265, please keep in mind that Intel does not support, nor recommends end users install or upgrade the various Intel® Wireless Adapter, since this may lead to installation errors, connection issues, software error messages, and in some cases it may even be illegal.

 

You should always contact the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/OEMs.html Computer Manufacturer Support or its authorized representative to confirm compatibility and have it replaced with them whenever possible. For more information, please check the following advisories:
