Intel My Wifi Technology is always disabled when laptop resumes from sleep or hibernate.

Intel MWT is pretty cool, but why in the world doesn't it stay enabled when the laptop resumes from sleep? There's an option in the settings to enable it automatically when the system starts, but that only applies to a fresh boot. On resume from sleep or hibernate MWT is always disabled. Anybody else observing this and have any suggestions?
