Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz Errors

I've been getting lots of errors and disconnections on my Wi-fi starting 1st August.  So far I've manage to get rid of the errors through various troubleshooting steps that included a reinstall of windows and a factory reset of my router but there at several events being registered every time I boot up my computer or if I disconnect and reconnect to the network.

I've attached the errors relating to one instance but this happens all the time and my event logs are getting spammed.  I see there has been similar reports before but there doesn't seem to be any answers.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi,

I'm still keeping an eye on it but the connection has been stable since 9th September so its ok so far.  I'd like to monitor it a bit more before declaring a fix though.

Hi,

my wi-fi is still stable so I think the problem is resolved.  For reference the thing that seemed to fix it  was a reset procedure that EE performed on my router that seemed to do more than the factory reset available from the router management UI.

That said I still think that there are issues with the Intel driver in that whatever the router was doing caused the adapter to reset and the error reporting seemed to be inadequate so IMO the Intel adapter and driver seemed to handle the error scenario poorly.

Negative  - I have driver 23.70.2 and Intel support assistant says that's up to date.

Hi Blocky_Man,

Apologies for the delay on my response, this is noted, and we will further check this and get back to you once I have the necessary information.

Hi VARADHARAJAN,

I would like to clarify that the new version for wireless driver of Intel is 23.70.2.3 not 23.80.0.7.

Here's the link for reference:

Looks like the problem is back - frequent adapter resets and I've noticed some packet loss when playing games and internet browsing hangs occasionally too.  In the end I bought a separate Wi-Fi card based on the AX210 and now everything is working properly.  I'm assuming now that the built in AX211 has some sort of hardware fault.
