Hello RIban2,
Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.
To better assist you, we would like to gather more information about your system configuration:
1. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread.
1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.
2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Did the Intel® Wireless-AC 9260 come preinstalled on your computer?
3. Are you running Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers or generic drivers?

Hello RIban2,
If the problem persists, try the following steps:
1. Clean installation of the latest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) for your computer.
2. If the previous steps do not work, try updating the drivers using this method:
Device Manager > Device's Properties > click the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver.
3. Check Windows* 10, scan, and apply all of them.
