Laptop: Dell Inspiron 14 Plus (Model DB14250)
BIOS Version/Date Dell Inc. 1.10.0, 1/7/2026
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 – Build 26200.7840
Wi-Fi Adapter: Intel® Wi-Fi 7 BE201 (320 MHz)
Driver Version: 24.20.0.4 (from Intel website)
I purchased this laptop less than a month ago. From the first day, it has been unable to connect to 6 GHz (Wi-Fi 7) networks.
Dell replaced the Wi-Fi adapter, assuming the original card might be defective. However, even after the replacement, the laptop still cannot detect or connect to any 6 GHz / Wi-Fi 7 networks.
Troubleshooting already performed:
Factory reset of Windows
Removed all network drivers
Installed the latest drivers directly from Intel’s website
Verified the issue persists after hardware replacement
At this point the system only connects to 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
I would appreciate guidance on:
Whether additional BIOS, regulatory domain, or Windows settings are required for 6 GHz operation
Any known compatibility issues with the BE201 on Windows 11 25H2
Recommended diagnostics or logs I can provide to help troubleshoot
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

- @Workyard When trying to connect , just afterwards examine :
Event Viewer → Applications and Services Logs → Microsoft → Windows → WLAN-AutoConfig → Operational
