Hello, my Bluetooth hasn't worked for a few months now and I want to fix it to connect my controller to my pc. However that doesn't really work because my Bluetooth Connection button gets greyed out when i try to click on it. Really weird because when I purchased the Laptop Bluetooth worked and it didn't get greyed out. My Laptop is a Lenovo Legion 5 15IAH7. Tried updating the Driver but that didn't work. Removing the driver and reinstalling it also didn't work. It's only greyed out when i try to click on the Bluetooth sign though. When I don't do that it just says "not connected". Basically Windows thinks that I dont have a Bluetooth device. My Wifi adapter is this:
Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz
Can anyone help me with this?

I suggest that you do a clean reinstall of the Wireless and Bluetooth drivers. Here is my process for doing so (follow it exactly
- If you haven't already, download - but do not install just yet - the latest Bluetooth and Wireless driver packages for your adapter. Here are the current links for downloading these drivers: Wireless: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351 and Bluetooth: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649.
- Most important! Disable Internet access. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless. Keep disabled until told to re-enable. Note: This Wireless disable *must* be of type that will persist (i.e. stay disabled) across reboots.
- From the Apps & Features applet, check for instances of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Intel Wireless Bluetooth. If none, skip forward to Step 6.
- Uninstall each instance of Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and/or Intel Wireless Bluetooth that is present. When prompted, choose to "Discard Settings".
- Manually reboot your computer, keeping Internet access disabled throughout.
- From the Device Manager applet, check the Network Adapters section for an entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and check the Bluetooth section for an entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth that has an Intel driver associated with it. If neither is the case, skip forward to Step 12.
- Right click on the entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and select Uninstall Device. In the dialog that is then presented, choose to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
- Repeat step 7 until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is not offered (i.e., is greyed out).
- Right click on the entry for Intel Wireless Bluetooth and open its properties. If it has an Intel driver associated with it, then uninstall it, choosing to (checkmark) Delete the driver software for this device.
- Repeat step 9 until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is not offered (i.e., is greyed out).
- Go back to Step 5.
- Install the downloaded Bluetooth driver package you downloaded earlier (my rule: always install Bluetooth first).
- Install the downloaded Wireless driver package you downloaded earlier.
- Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
- Reenable Internet access. Restore Ethernet cable and/or reenable wireless.
- Test.
Note: It sometimes takes multiple uninstall (and reboot) cycles to clean out the old installations, so don't give up on the process. If you get to, say, 10 cycles, stop there and attempt the installation of the latest drivers.
Hope this helps,
...S

Thank you so much. I had tried the steps listed, but not in that exact order, exactly as you showed. So glad I found your help.
Again, thanks.

Late to the party but thank you so much! This worked in fixing both bluetooth and WiFi connectivity on the AX3000 (AX200) series! Really thought my card failed this early into its lifespan. Bookmarking this answer in case the fix was unstable or temporary.

Just checking back in; it stopped working after a month and this time it's just a BT driver error.

For First Part Of The World:
Some Bluetooth devices are less compatible thanks to Microsoft Windows 11 drivers policies or lack of compatibility by Your device
Move Mouse Coursor to Windows StartMenu logo, rightclick on it, run through DeviceManager (ComputerManagement)
1. Uninstall installed detected device (not neccessairly check to delete driver from a device leave it as is to not delete driver)
even if yellow warning not works something
2. Scan for drivers and devices from Menu of the DeviceManager window up from List of Devices
all this without computer restart
3. Detected Bluetooth Device automated installs again, if theres problem with installation and marks on yellow
Upgrade Microsoft Windows to latest 25H2 edition at least and be up-to-date with Windows Update at least 2026-06-June
and get from PC laptop manufacturer website driver or drivers You need, latest.
For Second Part Of The World:
First, You need drivers,
to install devices being visible in DeviceManager (not installed devices) as otherDevices for example known as UnknownDevice,
then its all non-grey-out after:
More over
For new PC or laptop, sometimes Microsoft Windows 11 do not provide drivers, and Bluetooth like device is missing drivers
in Operating System Microsoft Windows 11... PC laptop manufacturers have contracts with Microsoft based on additional software:
1. install software from Microsoft Windows Store according to
Your PC laptop manufacturer like HP or Lenovo or AsusTek and others
if on BiOS its unlocked to auto install through Windows Store, thats good
Windows Store installs then automatically app program from Your PC laptop manufacturer when plugged to network operating
There if Windows Update do not have drivers, then Microsoft Store helps...
if You cannot find it, type in search Your device manufacturer name and see results, install combo devices drivers just like that
after installing manufacturer app, being surely up-to-date with everything running the apps
For Third Part Of The World
2. if do not have network access of any device, from different like Smartphone device or other device for new device PC laptop
download from official website of device manufacturer Combo Driver Package like Lenovo HP AsusTek and others
install it on Microsoft Windows without network access as offline being often shared with world as .zip file
Conclusion
No driver, no device
No driver, no service
You must know basics of Your devices, like basic manual management in BiOS and Microsoft Windows
