Windows 11 is rejecting the driver signature for the Intel Bluetooth connection. Is there a work around? Does Intel know and is it trying to fix it?
From the Intel assistant:
Driver Details Up to date
- Provider Intel Corporation
- Version23.110.0.4
- Date2024-12-18
From the Device manager:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked.

Hello Wayne12,
I'm glad to hear that the issue with the error message has been resolved. Intel DSA may incorrectly show an update available even though the latest supported Intel Wireless Bluetooth driver is already installed. Please ignore the update message in Intel DSA, as you already have the latest driver. This issue will be addressed in a future release of Intel DSA.
Use your system as you normally would and monitor the performance of the WiFi and Bluetooth functionalities. If everything is working smoothly, it is likely that the issue has been resolved. The integration seems to have resolved the problem you were experiencing with IDSA.
If you still need version 23.110.0.5 of the Bluetooth driver, I can check our repository or archives. Sometimes, older or withdrawn versions are still available for download, but at the moment, I cannot see version 23.110.0.5 of the Bluetooth driver in our download center.
You may still provide the requested details if you want further assistance. However, if you do not need any additional help and the information provided is sufficient, please let me know so I can determine the next best course of action.
Best regards,
Randy T.

Yeah, that works but like you say, you have to rollback so it might have a security weakness, but it's unlikely. On the release notes for the latest version it said to disconnect and remove all the links to devices. Have you tried doing that? I was thinking of doing it but it's a lot of work and might not fix it for the next windows update.

Hello Wayne12,
To further investigate the issue you are experiencing, I kindly request some additional information. Please see the questions and instructions below:
- Logs indicate that you are using an ASRock B450 Pro4 desktop with an AMD chipset. Could you please confirm if you have self-integrated the AX200 module into this system?
- Regarding the Code 39 error via the Bluetooth driver version 23.110.0.4 from Windows Updates, we would appreciate it if you could collect the following logs:
- setupapi.dev.log under C:\Windows\INF
- WindowsUpdate.log : Open "Command Prompt" as Administrator, enter the command "Powershell Get-WindowsUpdateLog", then a new WindowsUpdate.log file will be automatically generated on the Desktop.
- Additionally, could you please provide a screenshot of the Device Manager showing the problematic driver version 23.110.0.4? Specifically, when the code 39 error occurs, click on the "Driver" tab to show version 23.110.0.4, and expand the "Network adapters" to show it's AX200. For your reference, please see the attached "Sample-DriverVersion.png".
Your cooperation in providing this information will greatly assist us in diagnosing and resolving the issue
Best regards,
Randy T.

Hi, again Randy.
Hmmm, I went to the Intel Driver and Support page again, to download version 23.110.0.4 and I saw there were new updates to the Wifi and the Bluetooth drivers, so I executed the updates. You can see from the screenshot, the AX200 is on 23.110.0.5 and dated 4th February and the bluetooth driver is on version 23.100.0.4 dated 3rd February. I can't see a version 23.110.0.5 for the Bluetooth driver.
And both drivers are fully up to date.
So I'm guessing that someone has withdrawn version 23.110.0.5 of the Bluetooth driver and updated the AX200 driver to integrate with version 23.100.1 of the Bluetooth driver, And it's now working.
Could you please confirm that I'm right and the problem has been solved or tell me where I can find v23.110.0.5 of the Bluetooth driver so I can do your checks listed above?

Hi.
DSA ha never listed any 23.110.0.4 driver yet. Latest is 23.100.1.1 and is signed and works fine.
The 23.110.0.4 package floating around 3rd party databases is most lighly corrupt with only 18 mb package vs. 28 mb which all previos versions were.

...What do you mean by the "new"? 23.110.0.4 or even newer than that?
If you haven't already, try to roll back to the old 23.100.1.1 which works fine. It seems that the "new" 23.110.0.4 package is most lightly corrupt. (File size only 18 mb vs. 28 mb which all previous packages were)

Hello Wayne12,
As the problem has been addressed, I will now proceed with closing this ticket. Should you encounter any further issues in the future, please feel free to contact us again here or submit a new ticket, as this case will no longer be monitored.
I wanted to share with you about the latest updates regarding the drivers for your AX200 device. The latest generic Wi-Fi driver available is version 23.110.0.5. As for the Bluetooth driver, it remains the same as the previous package, version 23.100.1, which was released on December 17, 2024.
For your convenience, here is the link to download the latest Bluetooth driver: Download Software and Drivers for Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®
Best regards,
Randy T.

Hello.
I'm new to this forum and landed here because I searched for this very same driver.
I'm on 23.100.0.4 which works fine. IDSA do not list the 23.110.0.4 as available update, but I wondered why intel Bluetooth didn't update at the same time as Wifi driver did as it usually does.
My 3rd. party driver software "Driver Fusion" listed the new 23.110.0.4 bluetooth driver though as available update, and when I searched the same database online I noticed a BIG difference between the new and previous driver package file sizes. All previous (to the extent of the 6-7 latest packages I bothered to check) file sizes were 28 mg. The 23.110.0.4 is only 18 mb. So the file has to be corrupt or missing vital parts.
